Kate did a great job with all of the details of selling our house. She provided weekly progress reports and if we ever neglected to sign a form or provide necessary information, she was always there to remind us. We had done a remodel on the home and it was vacant. Kate brought in fall decorations and then Christmas decorations to really make the house feel homey! We have used other realtors in the past that didn't return phone calls in a timely manner, so it was really nice to have timeliness on our side. She is very proactive in all areas to ensure a quick transaction.
