Kate was so amazing from the get go. We are first time home buyers and she walked us through every step of the way very clearly. She was ALWAYS available for questions. If we didn’t understand something she made sure to explain it to us well. She NEVER pushed us or tried to sway us one way or another. She clearly wanted us to be comfortable and confident in our decision and never put us in situations we felt uncomfortable. While we were getting our house repaired from the Marshall Fire, Kate educated us on the current trends of paint, carpeting and other flooring, lighting and other items that needed to be replaced or repaired. Then she staged the house which made it look not only open and fresh but very warm and absolutely beautiful. The house was only on the market for less than a week and we got a cash offer for almost full price with a 3 week closing. If it was not for her skills, knowledge and taste, I do not believe we would have been able to sell for the price we got or to have sold so quickly.
