We were buying from out of state, and she did an excellent job guiding us through the process and was always willing to do a walk-through from us even if it was short notice. I also appreciated how patient she was when we asked her to explain things to us over and over again. As first time homebuyers, we were definitely nervous about making a mistake, and she did an excellent job of dumbing things down.
