Kate was so amazing helping my family and I find the perfect home for us even in the middle of a pandemic. We were moving from out of state and because of the current situation our trip to come visit and look at homes was canceled. This left us a little nervous to continue with the home buying process from several states away but Kate was so helpful and accommodating making us feel comfortable continuing our search virtually. She set me up with multiple land and house searches. She was patient with me, even when I kept changing where I wanted to look for a house multiple times. She did virtual tours for me while I was out of state and showed me around in person once I arrived. Ultimately, the house I ended up buying was one I never would've seen on my own--a newly fully renovated home, not even on the market yet! She listened every step of the way.
