Several years ago, when she became a realtor, Karyn was voted best rookie of the year. She still scores high every year in Real Estate sales. Karyn was amazing with the sale of my elderly aunt's home in Corte Madera. Not only did she make sure that we got the best possible price, she also went waaaayyy above and beyond to facilitate the entire process. She coordinated a hauler, a cleaner, a plumber, and more. She personally delivered precious household items to charity so they would not be thrown away. She worked 24/7 for us, and closed the deal on a weekend when she was out of town on vacation. I have worked with several realtors in my life, and nobody has been as caring, ethical and dependable as Karyn.
