We first got in touch with him when we requested a last-minute showing the night before Thanksgiving. At the time we were looking at a pretty inexpensive house for the area, around $400k, and weren't even sure we were ready to commit to an agent yet. He showed up on short notice, didn't seem to mind that we were still figuring things out, and was happy to help. We ended up not buying that house. In fact, we moved our search north of his normal area and pushed our timeline back by a few months. Through all of that he was supportive, but never pushy. We never felt pressured to move faster than we wanted to. He was also just genuinely enjoyable to spend time with. House hunting can be exhausting, but he got along great with our whole family and somehow made the process fun. What I appreciated most was how straightforward he was. When he talked to listing agents, he'd tell us what they said, but he'd also make it clear that it was just what they said. We never felt like we were being fed marketing talking points. There were a few houses we really liked where he pointed out reasons they might be overpriced or highlighted concerns we hadn't considered. At no point did it feel like he was trying to maximize a commission. It felt like he was trying to help us make a good decision. One piece of advice from him that stuck with us was to focus on things you can't change, like location, lot characteristics, or house orientation, and worry less about things you can change, like paint colors or cabinets. That ended up being a really useful framework throughout our search. We moved into our new home about two weeks ago and absolutely love it so far. Looking back, we're really grateful for all the help along the way. We'd happily work with him again, and I sincerely hope he's still in real estate when it's time for our next move.
Buyer of 3561 Sacramento St, San Francisco
Garrett was an outstanding realtor and a tremendous partner in helping my fiancée and me purchase our first home. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and Garrett guided us through every step of the process with patience and expertise. He was incredibly responsive and collaborative—always available to meet for a showing, hop on a call, or talk through questions and negotiation strategy. His knowledge of the local market, sound judgment, and thoughtful recommendations gave us confidence in every decision we made. We highly recommend Garrett to anyone looking to buy a home.

Seller of 48 Los Pinos Spur, Nicasio
Keith is clearly a great agent who helped me along as a buyer for a great house. His expertise made the transaction smooth and he was available to answer any questions along the way. He is now assisting me as a seller and I’m confident to have the sane experience.
Buyer of 101 Madrone Avenue, Woodacre
Keith couldn't have been a better cohort in the long process I had with viewing, negotiating, and ultimately closing on a dream property in Woodacre, CA. My situation was particularly difficult and led to some setbacks but Keith stayed on top of the matters at hand and kept me informed at every moment and never let me feel out of the loop. Buying a house was a bit more stressful than I had anticipated but Keith handled it and persisted without missing a beat. Excellent communication between buyer and broker, couldn't emphasize that more. Overall an excellent experience and am happier than ever to be a homeowner in West Marin. Thanks Keith!
Buyer of 167 Greenwood Avenue, San Rafael
I cannot recommend Keith highly enough! Over the years, we've worked with him on three transactions - two purchases and one sale - and he has been absolutely amazing every single time. What sets him apart is his incredible patience and deep knowledge of the real estate market. His expertise in Marin County is unmatched - he knows every neighborhood, market trend, and local nuance that matters. But beyond his professional skills, he truly feels like a friend who genuinely cares about his clients. One experience that really stands out was this past winter when we had a water emergency at our home. Even though it wasn't directly real estate related, he immediately stepped in to help us navigate the situation and connect us with the right resources. That's just the kind of person he is - always willing to go above and beyond. His responsiveness is exceptional. He always answers his phone and gets back to you quickly, which is so reassuring during what can be a stressful process. Whether we were buying or selling, he made everything smooth and manageable. If you're looking for a real estate agent in Marin County, Keith is your guy His combination of expertise, dedication, and genuine care for his clients is truly rare in this industry.

I guess to start I should say that I have had no experience with buying or selling a home. Monique as u would say took me by the hand and understood that. She explained the process so I could understand. Presented offers so I could make a decision about who would be buying our family home. She new how hard of a decision it has going to be for us. She is very professional and there to answer any questions I had about the selling process. If I ever find myself in a place of buying or selling a home again I can promise you that I will be giving Monique a call.
