We have used Kathy in three transactions over a period of 20 years! We have sold a house with Kathy and purchased two houses. We keep calling Kathy because she is amazing at what she does. Her knowledge of the area is extensive, and her experience has definitely protected us on multiple occasions. Her communication skills are excellent (she's right on the phone or email every time) and everything is explained to us in detail, especially any pitfalls involved. She has saved us from some costly mistakes! We can't speak highly enough of her. If we ever purchase a home again--or sell the home we are currently in, we will call Kathy. No question about it.
