From the first meeting with David to making an offer on a house through him took 6 weeks. And we moved into our new home in another 4 weeks. We really value David's expert advice on pricing, negotiations, disclosures and inspections. All complicated documents came with David's commentary on what to pay attention to.

Working with David and Jonathan to sell our house in Monte Rio was a fantastic experience. Our property was particularly challenging to sell because it was split across four parcels and zoned for vacation rentals, but they handled the complexity really well. David and Jonathan knew exactly how to market the unique aspects of the home and target the right pool of buyers. Thanks to their expertise and teamwork, we had serious interest lined up quickly and closed the deal much faster than we anticipated. If you're selling a property in the area- especially one with unique zoning or land setups- I highly recommend working with David and Jonathan. They are thorough, professional, and handle every aspect of the sale.

We had an exceptional experience working with Jeff to sell our home. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make us feel that we were truly his priority and that he was always our advocate throughout the process. What stood out most to us was how genuinely Jeff cared about our needs and our experience. He was very knowledgeable, and if we had questions or thoughts that were outside the norm, he took the time to research them thoroughly so he could give us a comprehensive and informed answer. We always felt confident that he had our best interests in mind. Jeff was also extremely helpful in coordinating the many details that come with selling a home. He helped us select reliable vendors and went above and beyond by helping communicate with them and schedule the work that needed to be completed at the house. His thoroughness and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful process feel much more manageable. He also put a lot of effort into marketing our home, including hosting open houses in addition to the standard marketing efforts. We truly appreciated the time, energy, and care he invested in helping us achieve a successful sale. We are incredibly grateful for everything Jeff did for us. We would absolutely work with him again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and genuinely caring real estate agent.
