By far the best realtors in Florida!! I really feel like every thing that could have came up came up. Initially I told Karlene that if we didn’t sell in 60 days we’d just put it up for rent. Not only did we sell within that time frame but the support and coordination was beyond what I could have ever imagined. We had a laundry list of what needed to be done. They coordinated all of the repairs for our appliances (fridge, dishwasher, disposal, garage door, and microwave) they listed themselves as the main point of contact and let in all of the repair techs as we lived out of state. They literally took care of everything every step of the way. The attention to detail, follow up, and market knowledge made it all such a smoother process. The depth in which Karlene dives into the home selling process is testimony to their commitment to their clients needs. I am proud to say I am a forever client I could never go else where. Karlene and her team were attentive and responsive to all my needs even though I was a pain at times LOL I have no problem recommending them to anyone !
