This might sound a bit cheesy, but Karine is truly the best realtor you will work with. I have worked with a number of realtors in the past. Karine’s work ethics, her knowledge and her ability to find solutions to the hardest of the issues is unmatched. I know how hard it is to work with people, and we ourselves are not very easy to please. However, Karine’s demeanor, her resourcefulness, her impeccable work ethics, honesty and her easy attitude will put your mind at ease and make every transaction (or THE transaction) go so smoothly.

After living in my house for twenty years, and a major setback in 2020, I came to realize if something didn't change I might end up losing the property, Karine happened to call me ,seemingly out of the blue. She inquired about my status,including if I wished to try and keep the property I decided to sell the house and signed with Karina, and she did the sale to textbook success, along of roadblocks along the way she never once gave up on the project. It sold in Nov. For what we wanted, thank you Karina for sticking it out with us, excellent job.
