We've been working with Karin for over three years! Our first time meeting we didn't even know if Charlotte was right for us yet but after our first day looking at rentals, she was so knowledgeable about Charlotte/surrounding areas that she made the thought of moving from NY to CLT so exciting. The next year after that we met with her again and she packed in so much for us knowing we only had a couple of days to pick the home we were going to make the big move to. The rentals she was able to find for us and know their area was what met our wants was unbelievable, we fell in love with the house we rented for two years, if we could have bought it we would have! Then came the time to actually buy which during the 2020 market was a VERY stressful time, however, Karin again made it SO exciting and she handled almost everything with ease! Knowing how busy she and her firm was, yet we always received an answer right away or contacted first thing after every change. We found our dream home in Charlotte and we couldn't have done it without her. We will definitely be keeping in touch with Karin as she is an amazing resource for everything Charlotte!
