I’ll try to keep it short, but I’m really just so appreciative for meeting and working with him! I had to fly in to look at an investment property because I’d already been stood up by another realtor, but Karim…I’ll just say everything happens for a reason! He made himself available the day I landed. Even though I could tell he had some things going on, he made it work and was there on time. Karim helped me analyze the house and even pointed out a few things that I may have missed. I won’t ramble on with all the details, but he was Johnny on the spot throughout the entire process! At no point did I feel less than important, and even at the end when there were a couple hiccups, I feel he went above and beyond to do his part to make this deal happen! There’s no one else I’ll call, and I’ll always bring him up to anyone even considering buying or selling a house! Karim is the type of guy/realtor/person that you’ll be happy you’ve met, and even happier he’s handling things on the business side for you!
