If you want a realtor who goes above and beyond, go with Kari. Sometimes with realtors you become skeptical of how much they are actually doing for you, but with Kari there was never any doubt she was working hard to sell my home. Besides using all the latest technology, staging the home, consistent open houses, and all those key things that facilitate foot traffic and highlight the property, she is the type that will help you take care of things when you are in a bind, even if it's not the typical responsibility of a realtor. In my case, she would help make arrangements with contractors and regularly keep the house clean, and these examples only scratch the surface. She was a selling agent for me, but it was actually many of her own buyers that stopped by to look at the house, so you aren't just getting a listing agent, you're getting her large pool of clients and contacts as well. And if you are a buyer, she would be a great choice for the same reasons. Finally, I'd like to note that my home did not sell after the first wave of lookers during the Summer, and that caused a little panic to set in. However, with Kari, there was always a sense of optimism and an ongoing effort to work with me to adjust our strategy, never settling for the status quo if it wasn't effective enough. Oh, and yes--she sold it!
