Carrie was very nice and was very knowledgeable of the houses and how buying the house works. She took me to quite a few homes and even her knowledge on each individual home was awesome she even had ideas like when I said I’d like to put a pass-through wall here from the kitchen she was able to give us other ideas of something we could do with that wall. We’re already talking about a second home and Karri is definitely who we will contact when we are ready to buy! Thank you Karri for everything you did for us and when I started losing hope you’re always able to say the right things to cheer me up and know that we could keep going in this adventure and have a great outcome. Kari was hands down the best realtor we have ever used. She was very attentive and has years of experience. She took the time to explain how best to show our house, and had professional pictures done. She even loaned us decor to help it look fantastic. All of this helped us get a full price offer within a day of listing. There were a few hiccups with the lenders, but she worked diligently to make it work the best for everyone involved.

Kari is a God send! She took me to look at a house and then it was several months before I could get my pre approval. I truly believe any other realtor would have given up on me, but Kari not only stayed in contact but would reassure me that it would happen. She listened to all the reasons why I loved the first home so much and used that info in showing me other homes. Our real estate deal was complicated as the closing of our new home in Oklahoma & the closing of our Az property that we sold were done at the same time. However, glitches in the timing of wired funds to pay for the Oklahoma home made it very stressful. Kari was on top of the whole process, kept us informed & followed through on all aspects. Kari listed our home in Bartlesville just before the holidays in 2017. My home, though beautiful, needed some TLC. My husband and I knew going in that it would take an outstanding realtor and just the right buyer to get our house sold. Kari worked tirelessly to market our home with flyers, open houses and lots of showings. We had so much interest! By the time it was sold Kari had worked 3 previous contracts but the 4th was the perfect buyer. We closed quickly, in less than 30 days. Of course we needed a place to go. I had said I didn’t think we wanted a condo, but Kari said let’s look at one just to be sure. Guess who bought a condo? We did! It turns out she knew what we needed before we did. If you want a realtor who goes above and beyond, go with Kari. Sometimes with realtors you become skeptical of how much they are actually doing for you, but with Kari there was never any doubt she was working hard to sell my home. Besides using all the latest technology, staging the home, consistent open houses, and all those key things that facilitate foot traffic and highlight the property, she is the type that will help you take care of things when you are in a bind, even if it's not the typical responsibility of a realtor. In my case, she would help make arrangements with contractors and regularly keep the house clean, and these examples only scratch the surface. She was a selling agent for me, but it was actually many of her own buyers that stopped by to look at the house, so you aren't just getting a listing agent, you're getting her large pool of clients and contacts as well. And if you are a buyer, she would be a great choice for the same reasons. Finally, I'd like to note that my home did not sell after the first wave of lookers during the Summer, and that caused a little panic to set in. However, with Kari, there was always a sense of optimism and an ongoing effort to work with me to adjust our strategy, never settling for the status quo if it wasn't effective enough. Oh, and yes--she sold it!
