We had already decided we didn’t want to invest in improvements we might never recover, and she completely respected that decision. Although we had to reduce the price after about two weeks and again almost two weeks later because the market became flooded with homes following too many layoffs, our house still sold in about 30 days, and to a buyer that Kari brought herself. From start to finish, she made the entire transaction smooth and stress-free. She stayed on top of every detail, kept us informed about the paperwork, online signatures, inspections, and every step of the process. She also made sure everyone involved stayed on schedule so there were no unnecessary delays with closing.
