Kari is the epitome of a wonderful real estate agent – knows the local housing market, lives in the area, quickly responds to texts / emails (many times within minutes), easy to work with, and listens to her client. As an out-of-state seller, I faced challenges but Kari patiently yet quickly handled everything well including going the “extra mile”. Absolutely would work with her again.
