She worked around the clock, and less then 30 days my kids and I are living in our forever home. Kari was amazing!! I had never bought a house, so this was all new to me. I was scared and worried about how it would all go. Kari told me, don't worry you have me here to hold your hand through this. She wasn't lying, she did just that plus more. She was always looking out for me, throughout the paperwork process, and even when we looked at each home. She knows what all to look at. I was more looking at the decor or space, not her, she was looking at roof, foundation, windows, water heater. When I say there isn't a door she won't open to see behind it, or a dark hallway that you have no idea where it goes, I truly mean it. Kari cares about every person as though you were her own family. I never worried about anything, cause I knew she had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend her. She listens to your needs, and watches out for you throughout the entire process. She hands down is the best realtor!

Kari is the epitome of a wonderful real estate agent – knows the local housing market, lives in the area, quickly responds to texts / emails (many times within minutes), easy to work with, and listens to her client.
