There are many realtors to choose from but for us, we would not trust anyone to navigate us through this process but Karen. It was time for us to downsize and we were very specific about the type of condo we wanted. We found the perfect condo but unfortunately ran into title issues that potentially were going to cause the deal to fall apart. Although I was discouraged, Karen never gave up and promised that we would make it to the closing table. To keep hope alive, she still showed us other properties that didn't come close to the home we wanted. Karen went the extra mile to rally her connections which provided real-time information that convinced us to stay on the path.
