I have never met a real estate agent more down to earth, knowledgeable, caring, committed, and dedicated than Karen. I didn't receive the results I wanted until I started working with her. Though her expertise speaks for itself, any seller/buyer would be blessed to work with her.
Professional, Hard Working, Understanding, Communicative! Words just aren’t enough to describe how great it is to work with Karen Walls, she is quick with her work and very through with the process too, her advice is top notch and she’s just an overall fantastic person to be around! I look forward to continue working with her again in the future!
Karen is bye far one of the best realtors I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, she always has her clients best interest in her heart ❤️, she was very helpful in getting me into this home, and then turned around and put it together for the sale, allowing me relocate to Florida. Thanks Karen we love you. Robert and Lustrina
Karen showed great knowledge and familiarity with market and financing. I was reluctant at first to trust any agent, I put my faith in her as a specialist in her field and was not disappointed. Promptly returned calls and e-mails with appropriate responses, never “I don’t know”, but “let me find out”.
First time buying a home and Karen made it so easy and manageable for me. Truly felt like she was in my corner and not just wanting me to settle for any home. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process and I appreciate her.
Karen has helped me find the perfect starter home approximately 5 years ago, it was cute, well put together and in a nice quiet area. She most recently help me to sell my home. The whole time she kept me up-to-date on next steps, well-informed and very transparent. All the things one would look for in a great agent! I loved working with her, definitely made my home buying and selling experience enjoyable!
I can't begin to tell you how lucky we were to have been referred to Karen through our network of colleagues. From the very start we felt at ease during the first conversation. Karen is an exemplary agent. We have bought and sold dozens of homes. No-one has ever worked so hard for us and held the integrity of the industry to such a high standard. This particular sale was one of the more difficult ones we have had to date and Karen kept the gas on the whole time, never got discouraged and always helped us to find a solution. Without Karen we would not have been able to sell this house. Communicating with Karen was always easy. She was available always and never left us guessing about any aspect of the process at any time. Choosing an agent comes in many forms. Sometimes its a shot in the dark and you don't know if the relationship will be a fruitful one. Not many people get lucky enough to get a good recommendation from someone much less someone as qualified, diligent, professional and half as qualified as Karen. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone without question. If we ever have the opportunity to work with her again we would without hesitation. Do all of your buying and selling with Karen if you can. We would. It has been a true pleasure. Thank you, thank you , thank you!
Karen helped us a lot when we were looking for our forever home. She was there every step of the way with the inspection, sellers agent, appraiser, and all extra things she did to go above and beyond. Thank you for helping my family find our forever home!
Karen displayed excellent knowledge of the market when pricing our home, and what needed to be done and what not to do. She was very prompt when ever we had questions. We recommend her to everyone looking to sell or buy a home. She was very professional, kind and a pleasure to work with. We would like to thank Karen Walls for all she did P.S. Karen really knows her business
Starting The homebuying process was very intimidating, but working with Karen made this process so much more manageable. She is a true expert in her field. Not only did she help us navigate this crazy house market, in this big city but she went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best deal on a home as we could. She made us feel like a priority the entire time, and kept our best interest at heart. I thank God he placed us with Karen, if I could recommend her to everyone I would! If you are ever in need of a realtor, look no further because Karen is one of the best in the game! If I could give 10 stars I would!
I/we cannot say enough positive things about Karen Walls, & about our experience in searching, finding, and purchasing a home with her guidance. She is the consummate professional! She gave us such great advice throughout the entire process! Her knowledge & expertise every step of our home-buying experience was priceless! We felt extremely fortunate to be able to benefit from her decades of experience in Real Estate! As an added bonus, she knew all about VA (Veterans Administration) Loans! She had countless contacts for Home Inspections, Electricians, Plumbers, etc. all of which were top-notch professionals & wonderful to work with. Not only was Karen available to us anytime we needed her, she was so friendly & pleasant to work with! I/we highly recommend Karen without reservation! ***Best of luck with your next real estate venture… But you’ll definitely need less luck with Karen in your corner! 😉
