I was also unaware of the steps I needed to take being a Veteran but I was introduced to Karen. She answered every question and I felt very confident in her knowledge about the steps needed to take. After going against her advice and using a mortgage company she warned me that was infamous for pulling out at closing like she predicted the day of the closing the mortgage lender backed out! With only 5 days to close with multiple offers on the house she didn't say I told you. Karen Walls knowledge of the Realm Karen Walls knowledge of the real estate industry has been instrumental in us purchasing and selling two beautiful homes in the worst (2008) and best (2021) markets. She guided us in both transaction and everything was with ease and peace. We sold our last home in Detroit with a cash offer before it hit the market and resulting in 17 people to view home with 14 offers. We hadn't lived in the home for 12 years.
