It was a well-kept quality home, located in a quality neighborhood. The only issue would be possibly buyer perception and doubt. Mrs. Walls instructed us how to overcome these hurdles and obstructions by presenting our home for the benefits it carried. After minor cosmetic updates, Mrs. Wells structured an unbelievable marketing and promotion campaign for our home. She utilized her talented photographer to realize her vision. The buyer was happy and satisfied and we the seller were quite pleased with the end resulting sale.
