I started my journey while on deployment in 2023. When I tell you this woman was everything, I didn’t have a worry in the world. When I returned from deployment we started our process and she was so patient, easy going, and very understanding for what I was looking for in a home. She never gave up or complained and as a first time buyer you need a great person in your corner and Mrs. Walls is most definitely it. Answered all questions and still till this day will help provide any service or advice. It went from feeling like a client to being family. This lady will get into a car accident and still answer your calls and texts from the ER. She has connections and back up plans like I've never seen. Her daughter was great doing all the walk throughs and neighborhood scouting for us first time home buyers. They saved us thousands in honesty and recommendations.

Karen told me she had a buyer for my house when we first talked. She did and my home was sold the first day of the listing for full price!

We enjoyed getting to work with Karen to sell our house in Canton.
