I worked with Mrs. Spann previously which is why I can't imagine this process without her. She is very knowledgeable, it's obvious that it is her passion which makes her so good at what she does. Throughout the process, I felt she had me in mind along the way. She was very encouraging and was comfortable providing me with her best advice. Again, I couldn't imagine doing this with anyone else. I would recommend her a thousand times to anyone in need of an expert!
Karen knows just about everything anyone would need to know about buying a home. She was with us every single step of the way. The thing we appreciated so much about Karen is that she was not willing to put us into a home that she wouldn't put her own kids into. She truly cares for her customers and she was ALWAYS ready and willing to lend a helping hand, guide us through the tricky parts, answer questions, and negotiate on our behalf. We won't ever use another realtor as long as we can work with Karen!
