Karen was my agent when I sold my property at 378 Bay Laurel Lane. I was impressed with her from the very beginning. In addition to her knowledge and experience, Karen is a client-oriented real estate professional. Karen went above and beyond more than once. She processed the offer and enabled me to sign on the same day it was made, which was my birthday. I finished signed around 9:30 p.m.! Karen negotiated better deals with providers such as stagers and she even asked her husband to help with repairs when help was in short supply. She is also a very nice person. I enjoyed doing business with her and would recommend her to anyone in need of the services she provides.
