Karen Lopez is easy to work with and knowledgeable.

I recently sold a property in AZ while I am living in CA. There were hurdles that needed to be overcome and challenges to closing escrow. However, Karen kept in touch with me, worked with me, hired the right contractors, and, in the end, we closed escrow just a few days later than we originally planned. I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking for someone that's honest, flexible, and willing to work hard to help them with their real estate needs.

Karen and her assistant were great. They came over and went over everything with me and even helped get my house ready for picture. I’m currently looking for new home and I reached back out to Karen. Overall just great to work with.

Karen was able to separate and pick up decent buyers from the ones that are undecided, she’s done this long enough that was able to save us a headaches. Both Karen and Debbie are on top of their game.
