Karen was a lot of fun to work with, from the first time I met her prior to selecting my property, until the moment of closing and even after the purchase was complete. She was an excellent communicator throughout the process, and helped facilitate many of the little things I didn't always have time for. Whether it be communicating with the builder on my behalf, to assisting when an issue arose due to the appraiser pulling incorrect comps for my property. This was the fist time I've purchases a newly built home and there were may stressful moments along the way. But Karen was able to keep me in check and talk me off the ledge when needed, and I was able to close on time and when I was supposed to with her help.

If I could give Karen 10 stars I would! From the moment we contacted her to find her forever home, she was there for us every moment and every step of the way.
