Whether it be communicating with the builder on my behalf, to assisting when an issue arose due to the appraiser pulling incorrect comps for my property. This was the fist time I've purchases a newly built home and there were may stressful moments along the way. But Karen was able to keep me in check and talk me off the ledge when needed, and I was able to close on time and when I was supposed to with her help.
