We had the good luck of meeting Karen Hakola 4 1/2 years ago when we decided to sell our house in Niguel Heights. Her skills and knowledge from many years in real estate were apparent in her dealings with marketing and negotiating the sale. She sold our house in record time when the market was very slow.
