The De George team I would say was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a realtor. They were extremely engaged in all aspects of the process, and made it so easy to keep track of the many steps in the timeline to get my house sold. The first steps they came in, gave us an excellent assessment of the market, and what to expect. We then put the house on the market accordingly. They got photographs, had the place professionally cleaned, and we were off. Within several days we had above market offers, and we went through two buyer processes until the ultimate sale. The De George's use of technology, from text timeline reminders, to signing documents online, was first rate, and made for a very smooth process. They set up all of the trades to fix issues, got all of the things completed for the sale, so my family could concentrate on getting our move and other issues resolved with not having to worry about the minutiae of the sale. It was a breath of fresh air. The closing went great, the De George team set up a mobile notary to get the documents signed, got Addendum done electronically, and worked with the HOA, all of the utilities to ensure a smooth transition.
