They set up all of the trades to fix issues, got all of the things completed for the sale, so my family could concentrate on getting our move and other issues resolved with not having to worry about the minutiae of the sale. It was a breath of fresh air. The closing went great, the De George team set up a mobile notary to get the documents signed, got Addendum done electronically, and worked with the HOA, all of the utilities to ensure a smooth transition.
