We just closed on the sale of our condo in Fountain Hills. We highly recommend Jill Templeton-Haislip and the team at Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty - DeGeorge Partners. Jill and the whole team gave our property a great presentation. They kept us in the loop at all times with great communication. In our opinion, they went above and beyond! Thank you Jill! And thank you Stacie and Karen. The Best!

Jill was incredible to work with throughout a very challenging home sale. The property had a lot of deferred maintenance, and we worked through several investors before finding the right fit, but Jill never missed a beat. She kept us informed at every stage, handled multiple personalities with grace, and even went above and beyond before listing to improve the home’s curb appeal. Her professionalism, communication, and dedication truly made all the difference. I highly recommend Jill to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate professional.

DeGeorge Partners were very professional and very easy to work with! The whole transaction went so smoothly! Highly recommend.

Working with Jill Templeton-Haislip in Fountain Hills made a complex move feel manageable. From our first meeting, her punctuality was striking; even though we tend to arrive early, Jill was always there before us, ready to go. As we began our search, Jill’s deep knowledge of Fountain Hills neighborhoods proved invaluable. She didn't just show us houses; she provided solid counsel that steered us away from properties that wouldn't fit our long-term needs. Eventually, she found the "gem" we had been looking for. When it came time to negotiate, Jill's strategy saved us a significant amount of money on the final offer. She then guided us through the disclosure and inspection process with a high level of detail. She suggested specific types of inspections that uncovered potential issues early, and when "surprises" inevitably appeared, her calm competence helped us stay grounded. Throughout the escrow process, Jill handled the daunting paperwork and deadlines with ease. She was always available to answer texts, calls, and emails with clear, helpful information. She also connected us with a reliable network of inspectors and contractors, which simplified the logistics of the move. Jill moved us from the initial search to a successful close with a constant smile and professional poise. If you are looking for an agent who balances market expertise with genuine support, we highly recommend her.

Karen DeGeorge and her team at DeGeorge Partners were absolutely exceptional from start to finish. When we were looking for a realtor to sell our $4M+ home, we had three priorities: an experienced agent and team, a great reputation, and a sale that would be a truly positive experience. Karen delivered on all of it—100%. From day one, she brought confidence, clarity, and a high level of professionalism. Her guidance was strategic, her communication was consistent, and her team handled every detail with precision and care. The entire process felt organized, proactive, and seamless—exactly what you want when selling a high-value property. If you’re looking for the right realtor and team to make the sale smooth, successful, and genuinely enjoyable, Karen DeGeorge and DeGeorge Partners are the real deal. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would recommend them without hesitation. Mark & Bridget Biermann

True excellence and smooth transaction! Thank you

Even though I'm a licensed realtor in a different state, I was very impressed with Karen, Stacie & Team with the selling of our condo. We highly recommend them.

The Sotheby's Fountain Hills office of DeGeorge Partners more than deserve the highest five star rating. The team of Karen DeGeorge, Crystal Rogers and Stacie Levreau worked seamlessly together to afford a highly professional approach to selling in a challenging marketplace. Karen offered a realistic target offering price which was supported by exceptionally well done photography and property description. Strategic open houses, in particular realtor open houses managed by Crystal and continuing feedback communication led to an offer in relatively short order in today's market. The inevitable back and forth following an offer to purchase was treated with respect to both parties and resulted in a final agreement within a few days. Post accepted offer to closing was coordinated step by step by Stacie, keeping seller, buyer and title company au courant with all necessary steps to closing date, an invaluable service. Our thanks to DeGeorge Partners for exceeding expectations. Eva and Craig Quackenbush
