Karen has always enjoyed working in sales and dealing with the public. After spending many years in retail management, she decided to change careers and go into real estate. Throughout her years as a realtor, she learned how to navigate through vastly changing market conditions, and successfully assisted many first-time buyers and young families to buy a home in a fierce sellers’ market, as well as help many sellers to avoid foreclosure and complete short sales after the financial crisis of 2008.
Covering another aspect of home ownership, Karen also worked for several years as a community manager, working closely with the board of directors for several homeowners associations. She has an AA in international business administration and obtained a degree from UMUC in marketing management and digital media design.
Karen’s excellent work ethics and strong focus on customer satisfaction have earned her many compliments and a loyal client base, frequently providing her with repeat and referral business. She is dedicated to providing honest and reliable service, and she goes above and beyond to protect her clients’ interests. With some 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Karen has obtained the knowledge and skills to help her clients reach their goals.
She works with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions, spanning all price ranges and property types, and she is licensed in MD, DC and VA.
