When I relocated from Boston in 2010, I was looking for warmer weather, a simpler lifestyle and a fresh start. I found sunshine, palm trees, friendly waves and the relaxed, golf-cart beach-town atmosphere that makes this area feel different from anywhere else. I didn’t just move here—I built my next chapter here.
For me, real estate has never been only about buying or selling a house. It is about creating the life you want to live next.
My career began on the financial side of real estate in 2000 and grew to include mortgage lending, brokerage ownership, real estate sales, project management, investing, renovating and managing homes. I have personally purchased and renovated multiple properties, maintained rental homes and built my own home in the Murrells Inlet area. That experience allows me to look beyond the surface of a property and understand the financial, practical and personal decisions behind a move.
Today, I help Myrtle Beach area homeowners sell, relocate and downsize with confidence. I especially enjoy working with people entering a new season of life—whether they are moving closer to family, simplifying after the kids have grown, retiring near the coast or leaving a home filled with years of memories.
