Kaitlyn was remarkable with her knowledge of the Real Estate market. She led us into finding our Chris Manning home to be built in Longs, S.C. with 1.55 acres, and no HOA. prior to finding this treasure, we spent many days of searching for the perfect home. Kaitlyn was very patient with us in this process. Once we decided on this home we are now in and enjoying, she was our aid in asking our builder questions and got answers for us when we couldn't. She thought of things for us to know that we knew nothing about. We are from California and the process of buying a home there is significantly different than here. Kaitlyn was here for us every step of the way! She interceded for us anytime we needed her to. She communicated to us and others in this process exactly what was needed for our home. When we found out how short a time she has actually had her RE license, we were blown away! We are so thankful for her! She still keeps in contact with us, and asks if we need anything. We had the pleasure of having Kaitlyn as our realtor. We were purchasing a new construction home from out of state and she was there every step of the way. When we came down to meet her she worked with us and gave us tours until we found a builder and lay out that we liked. She was there to answer any questions we had and always got back to us quickly. She was there for all the inspections so that we didn't have to be. She was beyond helpful. She even found events to send us to enjoy in our new town.
