She led us into finding our Chris Manning home to be built in Longs, S.C. with 1.55 acres, and no HOA. prior to finding this treasure, we spent many days of searching for the perfect home. I am a very honest person… also extremely picky and stubborn. I am retired and I know what I want and what I don’t want. When I decide to do something I become very persistent and intense. Kaitlyn had her hands full. She was perfect for me. Her response time was excellent and she gave 100% of her available time when needed. I was from Pennsylvania and the time I could spend in South Carolina was limited to a week or two at a time. I soon realized how quickly properties disappeared and I was determined to see things as quickly as I could. When needed, Kaitlyn spent a half to a full day with me looking at properties. If she didn’t have availability she worked to find someone who did. I have a brain injury and have difficulty making decisions. My mind goes around in circles. It can take me hours to make a simple decision sometimes…other times I’m impulsive and change my mind the next day. Kaitlyn is patient and understanding. She didn’t minimize or invalidate my thoughts, feelings, or worries. She has a great personality for working with people. She is smart and able to see the positives and negatives in a property or a situation. She doesn’t push her opinions but they are available and valuable if you want them. Kaitlyn doesn’t know everything but she can find out anything. She gave me the facts as she knew them without telling me what to do. Sometimes I made the mistake of going my own way even though I knew by conjecture it wouldn’t have been her choice.( she would have told me if I asked…I didn’t want to know). I made a few choices that could have been better but Kaitlyn has never said a word and helped me pick up the pieces when things didn’t turn out quite the way I thought they would. She is an absolute professional, and a fantastic real estate agent.
