My husband and I had used Justin to sale our home a few years ago. We didn't think twice about using him for this sale in 2020. The sale of this home in Mt. Pleasant was so important. Not only did my family need to sell it, but 100% of the money from this sale would go to my Uncle (who is disabled and unable to work). Every dollar mattered. My Uncle would live off of the money from this sale. Having Justin handle this was a no-brainer. What made this particular sale so challenging was that not only was Justin working with my Uncle, but he was also working with my Mom and my Aunt (because all their names were on the title). All three have very different personalities. One of them wasn't always easy to work with. Justin was extremely patient, respectful, attentive, and professional the entire time! We had the home appraised in Sept 2020 and because we hired Justin, my Uncle ended up with 30k above the appraisal! This speaks to Justin's knowledge of and expertise in Real Estate! He made the entire experience easy and took the stress off of my Mom's shoulders. His work on this sale was invaluable! My family, and I, appreciate Justin so much!
