My husband and I had used Justin to sale our home a few years ago. We didn't think twice about using him for this sale in 2020. The sale of this home in Mt. Pleasant was so important. Not only did my family need to sell it, but 100% of the money from this sale would go to my Uncle (who is disabled and unable to work). Every dollar mattered. My Uncle would live off of the money from this sale. Having Justin handle this was a no-brainer. What made this particular sale so challenging was that not only was Justin working with my Uncle, but he was also working with my Mom and my Aunt (because all their names were on the title). All three have very different personalities. One of them wasn't always easy to work with. Justin was extremely patient, respectful, attentive, and professional the entire time! Have you ever done business with someone, that once you finished the process, you thought "Wow, not only did they just exceed my expectations but I could totally be friends with that person". Quick story: We spoke with Justin and made the decision on a Friday, that we would be putting our home up for sale 10 days later. However, I had the crazy idea that we should list Tuesday (yes 4 days later) and I sprung that on Justin over that weekend.
