"Justin Cates came highly recommended to me by my sister and he still surpassed all my expectations. Justin is the standard of quality for others to follow. We are out of town buyers (Military) and Justin kept in constant contact with us during the entire process. He is always very welcoming to a phone call, text message, or email to answer any questions. He sent pictures/videos during the construction of our investment property. The attention we received was prompt, personable and professional. Justin made us feel like his #1 priority from the beginning even with all the craziness of a national pandemic going on. You can tell he loves what he does and wants the very best for his clients. He is honest and hardworking. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in what is going on with the current housing market in and around El Paso. He gave us complete confidence in his recommendations and expertise. Without any reservation I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to buy/sell or invest. Trust him to do a brilliant job. Thank you Justin, for making this home buying an enjoyable and seamless experience."

"Justin Cates was fantastic. I will be using him to sell my existing home and he is the broker for the new home I am in the process of purchasing."

"Extremely appreciated with Justin Cates services and all his patience he had for us will definitely be on mind for future or referred to any friends and family. Thank you so much."

"Prior to Justin i had two other realtors who i chose to let go. I had my home for sale for a year when i met Justin. After my bad experience i decided to interview multiple agents and I am very happy with my final selection. Out of 10 realtors i interviewed, Justin was one of two agents who had some type of system in place. He did great marketing for my home and sold it within less than 3weeks. He worked around my needs and was very well aware of my expectations. Justin was very professional, understanding and patient at all times, during the process of my search for an agent i also was given great reviews from other agents about Justins work ethic. I really appreciate all his help and will highly recommend him to friends & family."

"Justin knew what the seller was looking for and knew what type of deal we could get but still went above and beyond to try and lower the price as much as possible to help us get not only the house we were looking for but a great deal. Justin had great knowlege of the area and also the important small things of buying a house from knowing it was a rental house in the past to observing small details in the houses we observed."
