My husband and I wanted to find and close on a property on Longboat Key within 2-weeks! We also needed to find one with everything that we were looking for. We hired Julie & Pat to see if they could make it happen knowing that it may not be possible to do all of the things that we wanted, within the time frame that we wanted, and at the price we wanted! We are happy to say, the goal was accomplished by Julie & Pat! They did a lot of research to find a development that checked ALL of our many boxes, sent us the information quickly, got us in to see the properties right away, made several offers on our behalf, drew up just as many contracts, had lots of negotiations and in the end got it done!
