Julie and Pat Warren are very knowledgable about the real estate markets in the Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota and Bradenton. They customized their service and communication to our situation and worked hard to find us a house that matched our needs. We highly recommend Julie and the Warren Group for all your real estate needs.
We have worked with Julie and Pat on several occasions over the past few years. The service they provide representing both buyers and sellers is impeccable and flawless. A seamless experience from start to finish. Our homes sold from 1 day to 4 days and that was over the holidays… I could rant with great things to say all day, but ultimately… they are the best…Highly recommend…!
Julie and Pat were a joy to work with! They found us the perfect home and made sure everything closed on a super tight timeline. They made a stressful experience feel so easy. Highly recommend.
I have used 4 realtors in Sarasota in the past 7 years. Julie was by far the best. Always organized and on time. Her communication was superb. Thank you Julie for the great experience on selling my property.
Pat and Julie went over and above anything we ever expected. We live on the East Coast and know very little about Lakewood Ranch. They took us to the communities we wanted to see which helped us narrow down our search to the one community we ended up wanting to be in. They took us to many properties, were patient with us and ultimately won us the vacation home we always wanted. They stayed with us every step of the way. I would never use anyone else and so glad we found them.
Julie is a tremendously competent, caring and professional realtor. Best I have experienced in over 10 moves throughout the USA. She is thorough, knowledgeable, available and supportive. Unhesitatingly looks out for your interest and provides solid counsel concerning location, value, HOA concerns, mortgage availability, inspections and closing. Julie is with you every step of the way. Select her over all others.
Just a positive attitude and work ethic. Always on time and follows through. Just pure pleasure working with this group, Woulod highly recommend. Very professional services throughout the entire process.
Let's face it, most buyers/sellers don't like paying realtor fees but Julie and Pat are worth it! They made us feel as if we were their only clients and went above and beyond from listing to closing. Julie and Pat know the market and provided expert and sound advice throughout the entire process. We had/have total confidence in them and will use them in the future.
Julie and Pat are excellent at what they do. They have great knowledge of the real estate market and had great advice for us in the search for our home.
My wife and I had the pleasure to work with Julie and Pat Warren during our recent home buying process when we relocated from Virginia to Sarasota, FL. Julie and Pat did a great job helping us and were able to support us virtually through the home buying process. They were professional and very responsive. They helped us zero in on the areas and neighborhoods that would be the best fit for our family. I would highly recommend Julie and Pat if you are looking for a realtor in Manatee or Sarasota county.
Julie and Pat were very professional and always worked in my interest. She and Pat staged the property to show what buyers were looking for. They brought me 2 showings before the property was listed subsequently resulting in 2 offers above the asking price. I’m very satisfied. I closed the sale in less than a month. Thank you!
