We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent! From start to finish, Julie was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly had our best interests at heart. It never felt like just a transaction — she treated us like family every step of the way. She was patient, honest, and made sure we felt confident and informed throughout the entire home-buying process. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and is deeply invested in the business. We're so grateful for her guidance and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Pat and Julie are the best team! Very organized, honest, fast moving, unbelievably talented and they know how the market works! They get things done quick! I would list with them over and over again. I’m so glad we hired them! Nicest people in the world! They really know the market value in Lakewood Ranch! Very professional! I enjoyed my experience with them!

Pat and Julie were very knowledgeable about Lakewood Ranch and all the different communities. They took the time to ask what was important to me and showed me the different options available. They were very patient. Best of all after I moved in they were helpful in giving me names of different support people that they knew. I would not hesitate contacting them for any future needs.

Julie and her husband Pat were great to work with as we navigated the purchase of a home. They were professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Their knowledge of the Lakewood Ranch community is exceptional, because they live and work in in the area. They only showed us homes that met our criteria including our budget criteria. Once we found a home that met our criteria, they were quick to assemble the requisite documents to secure an offer and acceptance. Next time we are in the market, we will use Julie and Pat again.

Despite a severe downturn in the market, Julie and Pat stayed on top of the situation. They hosted an incredible number of open houses and followed through with numerous potential buyers. They also identified numerous contractors to deal with issues that arose among the way, and even over saw the work! Their commitment to us to persevere and sell our home was laudable.

Julie and Pat went above and beyond our expectations! They have an in-depth knowledge of the housing market and then couple that with a personalized, relaxed, yet focused approach. They genuinely care for their clients as well as their clients well-being. When we decided to list our property they carefully listened to our needs, they started with the top photographer in the area who took the most amazing professional pictures to attract buyers to the home. We did not want any open houses so every viewing we had for the home, Pat was there showing the potential buyer all the best features of our home! He actively sold our home for us along with negotiating for us and then seeing us through the process to a seamless closing. They are consummate professionals whom we would highly recommend.

Julie worked tirelessly coordinating handyman to get our house on the market after the hurricane. We were out of town and no way we could have accomplished what was needed. The house had a contract within 6 weeks and we were thrilled! Highly recommend the Warren group!!

It was a pleasure to work with Julie and Pat on the sale of our home. They were professional and knowledgeable. The transaction went smoothly and the communication was great.

Julie was very professional with high level of knowledge of properties in Lakewood Ranch. She was able to pinpoint our needs and showing us homes that fit those parameters. Julie gave us knowledge of activities and amenities in LWR. She was also very helpful providing information for service providers after the closing. We highly recommend her.

Julie and Pat are professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We searched many areas of Lakewood Ranch, Florida and decided on a home we both love. Because we are moving from Illinois, Julie's knowledge of the local market and Florida documentation and purchase procedures were critical for us. Julie showed us many houses and worked diligently to find "our home." She made the search fun for us, and truly went the extra mile to ensure that everything was completed seamlessly for us.

We had a truly wonderful experience with our realtors Julie and Pat from the beginning of the listing of our house through the entire sales and closing process. They had in-depth knowledge of the market, demonstrated high degree of professionalism and integrity as well. They were also very responsive to our needs. We highly recommend Julie and Pat to anyone who needs a realtor.

We are so happy we selected Julie and Pat Warren to sell our Lakewood Ranch home. From day one we felt confident they would work hard to promote and sell our property.
