Julie was superb. People said no way are you going to get that price for your house. Well I have Julie and she takes the best pictures and is very knowledgeable. She knows people and what they like and is able to make the house speak to them!!! She is so awesome that when we moved to Orlando and decided that traffic was not for us, I called Julie. She took the best pictures with the drone and camera that we sold it right away.. I would only use Julie if I want to sell again, or buy.. There is no pressure with her.

Julie Rubacha was very easy to work with. Not only is she an attentive agent but also a professional photographer. Prior to listing our house for sale, Julie went over several pricing options, explaining the pros and cons about over/under priced listings. She also spent many hours over 2 days taking, the most beautiful, pictures and videos of our home. She listed our house on Friday, hosted an open house on Saturday and had multiple offers for us on Sunday. After a little back and forth between the agents we accepted an offer, above list. She was even available to us, while out of the country on vacation. We would, (and have,) highly recommend Julie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Very rarely do you meet an agent whose first priority is making sure the buyer is completely happy with the home they are looking to purchase. Julie is that one in a million agent that I was so lucky to have working with me. She will point out not only the selling points of a home but will also let you know the draw backs too. From your first appointment with her to your closing she is one of the few agents that will be there from start to finish. I relocated here without any knowledge of the area and she listened to my needs and concerns and found me my forever home.

I believe Julie to be a remarkably excellent realtor and a person of integrity. She is both knowledgeable and forthcoming with the nuances of purchasing Florida real estate, including but not limited to market values, construction concerns, legalities, and relevant local information. She proved to have integrity, patience, and a sense of humor. She went beyond the level of effort I have experienced with other agents. I believe Julie to be conscientious, enthusiastic, and personable. She would make an excellent listing agent. She actually had more information regarding the house which I purchased than did the listing realtor. I would suggest viewing a property shown by a prospective realtor before you list with them. Simply answering your questions is not salesmanship. I highly recommend Julie as your agent in either capacity.
