Julie was superb. People said no way are you going to get that price for your house. Well I have Julie and she takes the best pictures and is very knowledgeable. She knows people and what they like and is able to make the house speak to them!!! She is so awesome that when we moved to Orlando and decided that traffic was not for us, I called Julie. She took the best pictures with the drone and camera that we sold it right away.. I would only use Julie if I want to sell again, or buy.. There is no pressure with her.

Julie Rubacha was very easy to work with. Not only is she an attentive agent but also a professional photographer. Prior to listing our house for sale, Julie went over several pricing options, explaining the pros and cons about over/under priced listings. She also spent many hours over 2 days taking, the most beautiful, pictures and videos of our home. She listed our house on Friday, hosted an open house on Saturday and had multiple offers for us on Sunday. After a little back and forth between the agents we accepted an offer, above list.
