As I stated above, Julie May did an outstanding job with this listing and sale. Among the many things that made this sale so difficult there was the condition of the property and relatives of the record owner who resided in the house. Julie was diplomatic yet firm with the people involved. At times it appeared that this was a lost cause and the property would wind up being foreclosed but Julie kept plowing ahead. She always had a positive attitude and was never going to say "let's quit". I will definitely call on her when properties need to be sold.
