Julie is an amazing agent and we couldn't of gotten through this without her Julie was on top of every part of the process and made things go incredibly smoothly. Even when there was nothing going on Julie would messages us and tell us that everything was going smoothly which helped put us at ease with stress of buying a house. She is an amazing agent

Julie was looking our for our best interests through the whole process. I would not have wanted to work with anyone else and she did everything perfect and guided us along the way. Since this was our first home, we had so many questions regarding the process and she was always able to answer and assist with everything. Julie is so friendly, honest and trustworthy unlike a lot of agents out there. I felt very comfortable working with her. She has many years of experience and this knowledge helped us make the right decision.

As a first time home buyer, Julie did a great job explaining the entire process and other details each step of the way. She was especially helpful in light of the market troubles due to covid. Julie was always prompt for open houses and was able to point out details during the walkthrough that I wouldn't have initially given any thought to. She was also easily reachable by phone/text/email and was always on top of interactions with the sellers. The entire process was drawn out over 4 months due to the extremely competitive state of the covid housing market but she stayed positive and worked with me as diligently the 4th month as the 1st. I definitely recommend working with Julie and would do so given the chance again.
