Julie was looking our for our best interests through the whole process. I would not have wanted to work with anyone else and she did everything perfect and guided us along the way. Since this was our first home, we had so many questions regarding the process and she was always able to answer and assist with everything. As a first time home buyer, Julie did a great job explaining the entire process and other details each step of the way. She was especially helpful in light of the market troubles due to covid. Julie was always prompt for open houses and was able to point out details during the walkthrough that I wouldn't have initially given any thought to. She was also easily reachable by phone/text/email and was always on top of interactions with the sellers. The entire process was drawn out over 4 months due to the extremely competitive state of the covid housing market but she stayed positive and worked with me as diligently the 4th month as the 1st.
