Our experience with Julie and the Cendejas Group was nothing short of exceptional. I hope to outline a couple of reasons I feel this way, and how they contrast with other agents we have worked with in the past. Market Knowledge - Julie is an expert in the Treasure Valley, if you give her an idea of where you will be working, what kind of lifestyle you want (rural vs urban vs very rural), your favorite shopping locations, etc she can give you an idea of what part of the valley you will want to look at and what areas you will want to avoid. This cuts down search time tremendously, as it gives you epicenters to concentrate on and places to not waste your time. Communication - Julie is one of the best and most professional communicators that I have worked with in the business. She is matter of fact, but far from curt. Exactly what I want in an agent - be a straight shooter. Julie has this quality in spades. She also always has the best interest of her client in mind and will be honest if she thinks you are making a mistake or being unreasonable. Both welcome and admirable traits in an agent. Friendly - Julie is one of the sweetest people we have ever met or worked with. She took a genuine interest in our children, our pets, etc. She has checked back in several times, long after her commission check cleared. That’s how you earn repeat business and clients. Overall, I would (and do) recommend Julie to anyone and everyone I talk to who is looking for an agent. Her track record speaks for itself, and you don’t have clients that are this happy without doing a lot of things right!

We moved here from out of state and there were a few pitfalls along the way. Our first house offer fell through after we had gone back home and Julie helped us find something from 500 miles away. She helped hold me together when things looked impossible, and kept things on track for us to be able to close on our new home in time. We highly recommend her to anyone.
