We moved to the Bay Area from VA sight unseen. We planned on visiting the region prior, but COVID wiped those plans away. As such, we had to place an immense amount of trust in Julie, not only in helping our family choose the right home based on our needs/wants, but also the best city for us given our unfamiliarity of the area. When we arrived in the Bay Area, we felt overwhelmed by the size of the region and competitiveness of the real estate market. Julie quickly helped us track down a home we absolutely loved in an area perfect for our family, but our excitement quickly dwindled when we learned the home had over a dozen offers. Great experience. Easy to work with and good communication

As first time home buyers my wife and I were inexperienced with the whole process. Julie gave great advice and information for us to find the house of our dreams.

This review is being written in 2022. Julie was the Realtor I used when I bought my home in 2018. She was knowledgeable about the Concord area and specific neighborhoods, and was willing to work with me, even though (at the time) I had self-employment loan qualifying challenges. Julie was able to guide me in the nuances of being a buyer in what was (and still is) very much a seller's market. All worked out well; and I like my home, my neighborhood, and my immediate neighbors.
