We moved to the Bay Area from VA sight unseen. We planned on visiting the region prior, but COVID wiped those plans away. As first time home buyers my wife and I were inexperienced with the whole process. Julie gave great advice and information for us to find the house of our dreams.

This review is being written in 2022. Julie was the Realtor I used when I bought my home in 2018. She was knowledgeable about the Concord area and specific neighborhoods, and was willing to work with me, even though (at the time) I had self-employment loan qualifying challenges. Julie was able to guide me in the nuances of being a buyer in what was (and still is) very much a seller's market. All worked out well; and I like my home, my neighborhood, and my immediate neighbors.

Julie led the sale of our home. She was amazing! After explaining the entire process end to end, she basically took the keys and took care of everything to get the house ready for sale. This include coordinating repairs, landscaping, staging and everything else. She's such a professional. Her communications were timely, clear and concise. She kept me up to date with what's going on including the number of people viewing the place, have expressed interest and will likely make offers. She reviewed each offer thoroughly and provided her insights for consideration.
