Julianna gets 10 stars not 5. We moved from Hampton Bays, L. I. To Wilmington, DE. Late one night we saw a just posted (5 hours) property on line. Early the next morning Julianna left her 3 day beach break 3 hours away to get to that property before we could and now it is our home. Julianna has been a pleasure from the moment we met. Professional, always available and responsive, everything is addressed quickly with no unnecessary delays. She knows the area inside out and everyone that she deals with has been great. Julianna has excellent resources which has been very helpful. But best of all, Julianna has been a lot of fun and her sincerity is genuine.

Julianna was very attentive to both the selling and purchasing of our homes. She was honest and very knowledgeable of current real estate trends. She consistently and effectively communicated with us through text, email, phone and in person when needed. Even when things were challenging, she was receptive to our concerns and ideas.

Julianna I can’t say more positive things about her. From the moment I met her it was a wonderful experience. Communication was never a problem. She was always just a phone call away. I told her I was looking for a lot of parking and a finished basement for a man cave. She found me that and more I can fit 6 cars in my driveway not including my garage. I got a finished basement with 2 huge rooms so I got my man cave plus a room I made into a gym. She was great with my kids they loved her.
