She consistently and effectively communicated with us through text, email, phone and in person when needed. Even when things were challenging, she was receptive to our concerns and ideas.

Julianna I can’t say more positive things about her. From the moment I met her it was a wonderful experience. Communication was never a problem. She was always just a phone call away. I told her I was looking for a lot of parking and a finished basement for a man cave. She found me that and more I can fit 6 cars in my driveway not including my garage. I got a finished basement with 2 huge rooms so I got my man cave plus a room I made into a gym. She was great with my kids they loved her.

It almost doesn't feel right to give Julianna 5 stars. Because she is worth so much more than that. I would hate for someone to see her 5 star rating and think she's just another 5 star realtor. The fact is Julianna is the realtor that all others should be measured against, and she is the realtor that all others should aspire to be. Her warmth, her patience, her understanding, and her caring are without rival. My family and I were relocating from another state. When we first reached out to Julianna, she dropped everything to accommodate us. Julianna took the time to show us house after house. And then to see those houses again, and again, to ensure it was the right house.
